You can also order directly from our online Farm Store. Beginning in July, you can peruse the weekly offerings at our website, pay online, and have a vegetable delivery on Wednesday afternoon. There will be dozens of fresh items available as well as various sizes of cured bulk items for winter use/storage (potatoes, onions, garlic, shallots, etc.). This year, we are delivering to homes in Decorah and those within a 5-mile radius of town. If you live farther out, you are welcome to contact us about picking up at the farm or at a drop-off site in town.

What We Grow

We grow over 100 varieties of annual vegetables each season, and we are always trialing new ones. We especially enjoy growing:

Our first priority is flavor, but we also highly value crop varieties that possess beauty, hardiness, storage potential, and adaptability to our specific climate. Our customers always appreciate that Patchwork Green vegetables are exceptionally clean, neatly packed/bunched, appropriately chilled/cured, and taste wonderful.

Patchwork Green Farm is certified organic. We follow a vigorous regimen of organic compost application, green manure cover cropping of fallow ground, crop rotation plans, and organic-approved pesticides and seed stock.
